Food is the physical basis of life. If we do not eat we will die quite soon. Breatharians think we do not need food. Have you ever heard of breatharians? What do you think of breatharianism?     3-cups chicken (Chinese traditional dish)
    material: Some giner&garlic, chicken, rice wine, soy sauce, and brasi.
    Procedures: Heat up the seasame, garlic and ginger until smell good, then you put in the chicken which you cut to chunk. You should fry continuously till the chicken is done.Now you add rice wine and soy sauce. Finally, the sauce will dry. It’s ok to place the dish on table.

    This is what I practice term, If you intersted that you can search on web by urself.
