Hi Crystal, when you say “I am an American who speaks without an accent.”, do you mean that you speak with a standard American accent
? As far as I know there’s no such thing as speaking without accent. You always have one. It’s just a matter of how others perceive your accent and whether they find it easy to understand or not. Have a nice day!
